Millenial Housing – why?

We are a group of guys that want to are looking to invest in property to fund our retirement.

But the best way to run a business, is to provide a service that people need. I believe it was Zig Ziglar who said: “If you help enough people get what they want, you’ll be able to get anything that you want.”

So we will be gathering some distilled information for prospective house buyers. We believe that house buyers can be grouped into three categories:

  • Home Owners – These are people that just want to buy a house to get away from a landlord, and knowing that in 20-30 years time, they will own their house outright and no longer have to pay any rent.
  • Investors  – These are people that will buy multiple properties, typically renting them out for a passive income. They might manage the property themselves, or employ a property manager to do it all: Finding tenants, collecting rent and keeping the property in a good state of repair.
  • Business Owners – There are a wide variety of ways in which to own and operate a real estate business, you can buy, repair and sell properties, you can do wholesaling or a whole host of other activities. But you are actively investing time and energy on a regular basis.

The line between Investor and Business Owner is not a hard and fast rule, more something of an intent. Over time we will provide information for all three categories of home owners,
